Every lure that comes out of the shop has been put through extensive design changes. Every lure is designed for optimum performance from action and shape to sound chambers and weight distribution. We are always working on new shapes, new ideas and new ways to make our lures exactly what fish want!
Research and Development
Test, Print. Test, Print... It has to be right!
Once a design has reached a completion, the next step is testing. This process can be daunting and frustrating, but also rewarding when your creation performs exactly as intended.

Every lure SQUARED creates has been through multiple prototypes. Every lure has been tested in shape, sound, weight, action, rate of rise, etc... We want to make lures that fishermen love! These prototypes are tested over and over to ensure that that the lure we send to your door is exactly what you want.
Painting and Finishing
Nothing is left to chance. Everything is thought out.

Every color and paint scheme choice is based on information pulled from extensive studies of natural bait fish and water color / clarity. If there is something that you know works for you, contact us, let us know what is working in your area, we will customize a lure just for you!

Clear coats are are also not overlooked! We have tested multiple different finishes to make sure that they hold up to anything from hook rash to rocks. Only the toughest UV cured finish is used on our lures. If a lure does not hold up to your standards and exceed the shelf industry standards, please let us know!
